Refund policy

We want you to love your Inari products. However, due to the nature of personal care items, we’re only able to accept returns in a limited set of circumstances, as outlined below.

Returns – UK & EU Customers

Customers in the UK and EU have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging

  • We are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened or used

Returns – US Customers

We do not accept returns or exchanges for US orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@thefinnishsoapcompany.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. Note: US law does not require returns for personal care goods unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used personal care items (e.g. soaps, creams, body wash)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Custom or personalised products

Refunds (If Approved)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel it as processing begins immediately to ensure prompt dispatch.
